Another suggestion I have is not having a potential and having players simply hit on 2K MT a block or regress at any moment in their career. In real life maybe not every player strikes their potential/ceiling and this is an issue with 2K. Every single player which comes from the draft eventually reaches or surpasses their possible that is so unrealistic. I can name countless high picks (Anthony Bennet, Darko Milicic or lately Josh Jackson) who haven't attained what we thought they could. This needs to change to add realism to NBA 2K21 as it is ridiculous. There's many things I could touch on but that I do not wish to write a 10 paragraph article that nobody will read.
I've been enjoying MyGM as my mode since 2K17. Hold 2K19 since the version that is best. Hated this year's MyGM. The I loved the micromanagement although might be from the minority. They really need a rehaul of their trade logics, player moves, development, contracts and playoffs. Trade logics. Every year, I end up with a superb team by my second season ('d DLo/Mitchell/KD/Dray/Gobert in 2K19 and Kyrie/Klay/KD/Dray for my expansion 2K18). Player movements. Im not talking about function players speaking about 80+ rated men getting traded right and left.
Development. At the moment, there is no reason to develop picks past the lottery. Ive find it fairly okay and place the draft course quality. I do note I play my games reduced rated men are helpful because I control them. Contracts. Want a way to elongate, buy workouts, 10 times and even do how Dwight/Melo did their contracts with per game basis. Playoffs. Please enhance matchups. I really like having the ability to gameplan vs whoever I am matched up during and would love the AI to do the same. By way of example, if they see me with x participant at certain times (notice: moments rotation in gameplan), then theyll use a participant to counter in the next game.
I totally agree, common sense from the AI and the lack of features really hurts NBA 2K21 style. Don't even get me started on the trade logic and how simple it's to sign top tier free agents. That is what turned off people using the AI. It appears 2K simply cares about MyCareer and MyTeam most likely as that's their big money makers but there is an entire community of people who love MyLeague/GM that they have done nothing for.
I'm new to 2K but'm strictly a MyLeague kind of man (spent decades in dynasty mode in NCAA). It seems like MyLeague is quite in depth - almost overwhelming - across instruction, management, scouting, and chemistry (that I still have no clue how to affect ). Is all that things only window dressing? You are correct that MyLeague is fairly in depth but imo, MyGM in 2K19 is much better with Buy NBA 2K Coins the sin (ie participant wants/needs thing more) and how you cant just reload if somehing didnt move your way due to autosave. They rehaul MyGM and its just eh with the actiom points.
