Ok, I know I have written about Hayato a few times in the past, however I really, really believe that he's rather underpowered. His 1v1 skill, Shinsoku, seems rather underwhelming, even with Hypers considered and even a decent bit of funding. Maplestory M Mesos, his playstyle seems to be lone-wolf such as, but he does not appear to be fully equipped for this.
In particular, he has no bind, silence/seal, or the like to counter things like Damage Reflect and Cancel Physical Damage. This endangers him worst, frees him at least for many major bosses (Empress, Tough Magnus, to name two ).
Besides that, I believe that Hayato, for it's current underpowered standing, is quite tough to buff with out becoming overpowered. It's already kind of a bully course early to buy maplestory m mesos safe game (Lv. 30-130) in terms KSing possible for his or her mobbing abilities, plus his blisteringly fast strikes.
If one were to adjust the harm%'s of his Sanrenzan, or even add extra attack lines, then it gets him overpowered. Perhaps if Shinsoku had a higher% damage per line, it might help things, but I would suggest adding a dab of some sort to his kit.
Now, skills aside, I also believe there is a much greater reason he doesn't get as much love from gamers: his mastery. Granted, he has 60% command from the very beginning, but that will be it. Other classes get 80% control, maintaining their harm relatively steady. Hayato? His harm jumps about as far as he does. There is also the issue of his attack multiplier (which is very hard to adapt in a way that's balanced).
